For years I've been developing "tools" to manage my anxiety/panic attacks. This is the first time since they began in 2008 that I have full cognitive function when I sense one approaching. The biggest benefit has been being able to use tools to prevent the adrenaline dump. Now that the dormant areas of the brain are operational again, my frequency of episodes is much lower and the severity is greatly diminished. Im very grateful for Dr Anand, Abby, and Mary.
